The William Stanley CFO Group, a Tampa-based provider of fractional chief financial officer services, has acquired a local tax and accounting firm, Craft & Company CPAs, a business founded over 40 years ago by Jefferson Craft. The acquisition aims to expand William Stanley’s service offerings.
Founded by Michelle Delker, who has been part of the Tampa community since 1995, the firm provides financial guidance and operational support to help businesses improve cash flow and operational performance. The acquisition will allow the company to serve an additional segment of smaller businesses.
“This acquisition allows us to extend our approach to businesses we previously couldn’t reach,” says Delker. “Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we’re committed to helping them thrive.”
The William Stanley CFO Group was recognized with the Tampa Bay Chamber Small Business of the Year award for its contributions to the local business community.
