J.D. Power named Fifth Third Bank as Florida’s top retail bank for customer satisfaction, for the second consecutive year, according to its 2025 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.
The study highlighted that customers rated Fifth Third the highest in account offerings and overall value.
Fifth Third Chief Operating Officer Jamie Leonard said the recognition reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to customer service.
The Cincinnati-based bank has operated in Florida since 1991, and expanded significantly in recent years. Over the past three years, it opened 37 new branches in Florida and plans to open another 72 locations by 2028. Currently, Fifth Third operates 186 branches across the state.
