Luxury waterfront project in Sarasota moves ahead with $208M financing

Developers PMG and MoneyShow have secured a $208 million construction loan for One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium project, in downtown Sarasota’s waterfront district.

The financing, provided by RMWC, will support the continued construction of the 86-unit tower located in The Quay, a bayside community. One Park broke ground in October 2024, and is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

Designed by Hoyt Architects, One Park Sarasota will feature three-bedroom residences with views of Sarasota Bay, The Bay Park and the downtown skyline. Residences include outdoor terraces with summer kitchens, high-end Italian cabinetry, smart home technology and a mix of porcelain, marble or wood flooring.

In addition to standard residences, the project includes penthouses and town homes, both of which feature private rooftops, summer kitchens and plunge pools.

Amenities at One Park Sarasota will include an infinity-edge pool, spa deck, wellness spa with Hammam features, saunas and steam rooms, a fitness center with Pilates and cycling studios, hospitality suites, a wine room, private theater, dog-walking services and owner lounges.

Coldwell Banker Realty is handling sales for the development, with Chelsa Vahtomin and Robert Robinson as the exclusive representatives.
