The Nolen, a 23-story luxury condominium tower under construction at 126 4th Avenue NE in downtown St. Petersburg, is nearing completion. Nearly all 31 units have been sold, and prices range from $2 million to $5 million.
Developed by Tampa-based DDA Development and St. Petersburg-based Backstreets Capital, and built by Ellison Construction, The Nolen topped out at 287 feet in December 2023, placing it among the 10 tallest buildings in the city.
Designed by PLACE Architecture, the building offers a mix of two-residence-per-floor layouts and full-floor penthouses. Residences range from 2,156 square feet to 3,344 square feet, including private elevator lobbies, expansive terraces, high-end appliances from Thermador and Gaggenau, and custom finish options.
Amenities include a resort-style heated pool, shaded cabanas, multiple fire pits, a fitness center, wellness room, concierge service and The Salon—a private residential lounge with indoor and outdoor seating.
Ground-floor retail space will include the first U.S. location of Savage Coffees, a family-owned coffee brand from Panama.
