Two rare waterfront parcels in Palmetto hit the market

Two waterfront parcels totaling 4.4 acres in Palmetto’s Riviera Dunes community are now for sale.

The privately owned properties have been listed with Ian Black Real Estate as the exclusive brokerage. Located on the Manatee River and adjacent to the Bradenton Area Convention Center, which is undergoing a $53 million renovation, and the new Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa, the sites are positioned near a growing hub of hospitality and redevelopment activity, according to a statement.

One parcel, a 3-acre site on Riviera Dunes Way that includes a 1.3-acre retention facility and a deeded waterfront walkway, is listed for $3.78 million. The second parcel, at 150 Riviera Dunes Way, spans 1.4 acres and is listed for $2.5 million. It includes hotel and condo pads with prior approval for a building of up to 15 stories.

Matt Kezar, broker associate at Ian Black Real Estate, represents the Riviera Dunes Way parcel and is co-listing the 150 Riviera Dunes Way property with Michele Fuller, a partner at Ian Black Real Estate.
