Downtown Clearwater adds new restaurant and gym as revitalization continues

Jo-Lynn Brown May 15, 2025

Two new businesses are coming to Downtown Clearwater’s Cleveland Street District.

Tampa Bay-based developer Valor Capital announced that Multibar, a globally inspired restaurant, and Bulletproof Athletics Gym, a personal training facility, will open this fall on Cleveland Street. Multibar will be located at 420 Cleveland St., while Bulletproof will open at 410 Cleveland St.

The CEO of Valor Capital has big visions for projects in Tampa Bay

“The addition of these two businesses reflects the growing confidence in Downtown Clearwater’s future and the vibrant, thriving community we are building together,” said Moises Agami, chief executive officer of Valor Capital.

Multibar will feature a globally curated menu, while Bulletproof Athletics Gym will focus on personalized, one-on-one fitness training for athletes and wellness-focused residents.

The openings follow a series of recent investments in the district. Downtown Pizza Sports Bar & Grill, at 428 Cleveland St., recently changed ownership and debuted a fresh look, with outdoor seating. Clear Sky on Cleveland, a long-standing bistro at 418 Cleveland St., is also in talks to extend its lease.

Situated near the waterfront, the Cleveland Street District has been evolving into a walkable destination that blends food, wellness, culture and local business.

Valor Capital is the developer behind Serena by the Sea, a new luxury condominium project in Clearwater.
