Great Places and Spaces: Topping out of AQUA’S first tower at Westshore Yacht Club (RENDERINGS)

Westshore Group and Coastal Construction celebrated the topping out of the first residential tower at AQUA at Westshore Yacht Club, marking the completion of the building’s main structural frame.

The tower, part of a luxury waterfront development consisting of three planned buildings, includes 77 residences offering unobstructed views of Tampa Bay. The project remains on track for completion by April 2026.

The AQUA residences feature private elevators, expansive views and resort-style amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, spa, movie theater, golf simulator, pickleball court and concierge services. The community is also home to a 173-slip, deep-water marina and the private Bay Club.

Coastal Construction has been involved in multiple projects throughout Tampa Bay including Art House, in St. Petersburg, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa, Pendry Residences Tampa and developments within Water Street Tampa.
