Commercial Residential Aluminum, a Venice-based provider of outdoor aluminum products for residential and commercial use, has been acquired by Garden City Equity, the companies announced.
Hyde Park Capital served as the exclusive investment banker on the deal. Founded in 1992, CRA operates three facilities across the state and produces patio enclosures, fencing, railings and other custom aluminum structures.
“This partnership with Garden City marks an exciting new chapter for our company,” said Doug Sorantino, chief executive officer of CRA. “We’ve worked hard to build a strong foundation and are excited to continue accelerating our growth.”
Tom Teffenhart, owner of CRA, added that Hyde Park’s strategic guidance was “essential in achieving this outstanding result.”
Garden City, based in Atlanta, is a holding company focused on founder-led businesses, and plans to support CRA’s continued expansion in its core markets and beyond.
