Antonio Brown’s former Odessa estate listed after bankruptcy

Chuck Merlis March 18, 2026

A lakefront estate in Odessa once owned by former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown has been listed for $3.99 million.

The home was previously owned by Brown, who relinquished the property as part of bankruptcy proceedings tied to roughly $3 million in debt, according to court filings and reporting by TMZ. The former Tampa Bay Buccaneer has also faced a series of legal issues in Florida, including a recent criminal case.

The property, at 8609 Dolce Vita Lane, spans roughly 9,360 square feet on two acres along Lake Keystone. The home includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a private dock with a lift, offering direct lake access.

Properties of this size on Lake Keystone rarely come to market, particularly those with acreage and water access within commuting distance of Tampa.

A gated drive leads to the residence, where the main living areas face the lake. Large windows frame the water, with a pool and spa set along the shoreline.

The primary suite includes a coffee bar and a spa-style bathroom. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms each have en-suite baths, along with a loft-style library and a bonus room.

The property includes a climate-controlled garage with capacity for up to 11 vehicles, a rare feature for a residential estate.

More than 2,000 square feet of unfinished first-floor space allows for additional buildout, including a gym, theater or golf simulator.

“This is one of those homes where the setting and amenities generate interest on their own,” Buchanan said. “It’s a secluded, two-acre lakeside estate with a classic Old Florida feel. The privacy, custom features and ability to enjoy boating and waterskiing from your backyard are hard to find this close to Tampa.”
