Great Places & Spaces: Saint James Townhomes

The Saint James Townhomes development project is a collaboration between Clear ph, an advertising agency, and Jay Miller with J2 Developers, both in St. Petersburg.

Miller approached Clear ph with a townhome project, and the result was Saint James Townhomes, which was designed to pay homage to St. Petersburg’s coastal aesthetic. The townhomes, located at 758 Third Ave. S., St. Petersburg, will have eight units at 1,700 square feet, and three floors.

The project is under construction and expected to be complete in the fall. Units are expected to start at $460,000.

Miller also developed Quattro Beach Drive and Trader Joe’s on Fourth Street in St. Petersburg.
