Neptune Flood, a St. Petersburg-based private flood insurer, has increased its premium capacity to more than $400 million and expanded coverage to Alaska, completing its nationwide rollout.
The Florida-based company now offers private flood insurance in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The capacity increase from $300 million in 2024 reflects growing demand and broad confidence in Neptune’s AI-driven underwriting platform, Triton, according to a statement.
“Securing over $400 million in premium capacity demonstrates the strong support we’ve built across the global insurance and reinsurance markets,” said Trevor Burgess, chief executive officer of Neptune Flood.
The company’s partner network now includes more than 30 global reinsurers and specialty carriers. Neptune’s policies are available, digitally, to both homeowners and businesses.
