Achieva Credit Union, based in Dunedin, has named Colin Lopez market president, overseeing branch operations in greater Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando counties, including Carrollwood, Land O’ Lakes, Trinity, New Port Richey and Mariner.
Lopez has more than 15 years of banking experience, most recently with Wells Fargo, where he held leadership roles in Orlando and Pensacola.
In his new role, Lopez is working to expand community-focused initiatives, including youth financial literacy programs launching this fall, and potential partnerships with local schools.
“I believe that when we invest in our communities, we all grow,” Lopez said. “I’m excited to build local partnerships and ensure our members feel seen, supported and valued every step of the way.”
