Exclusive: TBBW names winners of its 2025 Women Who Win Awards (PHOTOS)

Tampa Bay Business and Wealth ended its run of celebrations for its 2025 Women Who Win Award finalists, on Friday, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, in Tampa, naming the 2025 overall winner. (All photos below!)

The sold-out event, of nearly 450, honored all finalists, named category winners and announced an overall winner.

Presenting sponsors for the event are Broadstaff, Morgan Auto Group and TD Bank. The nonprofit partner is Habitat for Humanity of Tampa Bay Gulfside. The event is sponsored by International Diamond Center.

Tracy West

Joanne Sullivan, assistant vice president for community engagement at USF Health, was named the TBBW Icon, receiving a special honor for her career of service and mentorship in the Tampa Bay area.

In addition, the 2025 judges selected Ryann Halo, founder and chief executive officer of Salon Halo and Halo Consulting Edu, as a Rising Star.

Women Who Win is a unique awards program, created by TBBW Magazine, to recognize distinguished women leaders whose dedication to their industries and communities deserves recognition. Judges looked at business and professional success, community involvement and mentorship, as pillars in their judging.

Women Who Win judges included Lennise Germany, CEO and founder of Livy O’s, Blake Guthrie, director of community partnerships for ReliaQuest Bowl, Rita Lowman, board of directors for Caldwell Trust and Encore Bank as well as CEO of Lowman Holdings, and Brooke Mirenda, CEO and president of SEDCO.
