►Jamie Harden, president and CEO of Creative Sign Designs, was named chair of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

►Live Nation, the California-based events promoter and venue operator, named Neil Jacobsen president of its Tampa/Orlando concert business.

West Palm Beach-based Two Roads Development and Tampa-based Feldman Equities, developers of the $350 million Riverwalk Place condo tower in downtown Tampa, have secured $24.5 million in construction financing from Mosaic Real Estate Credit for the project.

Tori C. Simmons, a lawyer in the Tampa office of Hill Ward Henderson, received the 2019 Pro Bono Service Award in the Young Lawyers division from the Florida Bar.

►John Adams has joined Tampa’s Avalon Healthcare Solutions as chief financial officer and Kerri Fritsch has been promoted to chief client officer.

►Chris Cavaliere, who works in the Tampa office of the Shumaker Loop & Kendrick law firm, has been appointed to the board of directors of HR Tampa, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, as treasurer.

►Aakash Patel, founder and president of Tampa business consulting firm Elevate, was named chairman of the board of governors at the private Centre Club.
