RSM Moving to Sparkman Wharf This Summer

RSM US, a national provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market, will relocate its Tampa office to Sparkman Wharf, Water Street Tampa’s first office offering, this July.

“We’re excited for the opportunity to be one of the first offices located in Water Street Tampa and to relocate into a larger space that will enhance our ability to serve our middle market clients in this great city,” said Danny Jackson, leader of RSM’s Tampa office. “We’ve been ‘bursting at the seams’ in our current space and with our continued growth, this move is only the beginning. We are looking forward to our move to Sparkman Wharf this summer and already anticipate a move to the new office towers in 2022.”

RSM’s current office is at 100 S. Ashley Drive, Tampa.

The firm’s ultimate goal is to create an inviting work environment with the latest amenities in a vibrant neighborhood to help attract and retain the strongest talent to serve its clients, according to a statement.

“We understand that location is key when it comes to real estate and Sparkman Wharf offers a place where we’ll naturally run in to our clients and make new connections. We’re looking forward to ‘joining the action’,” Jackson said.
