Casto Southeast Realty Services has begun construction of a $24 million medical office building in Lakewood Ranch.
The more-than-70,000-square-foot building is set to be the major anchor of the Center Point development, which is expected to have eight retail parcels, a 30,000-square-foot specialty grocer and 25,000 square feet of shops.
No tenants had been announced at press time. Construction should be complete in the first quarter of 2020.
