►Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa named Evan Leutwiler as chef de cuisine at Pool Bar & Grill, the new poolside dining destination affiliated with the recent unveiling of the resort’s newest hotel, dining and gaming expansion.

►Rebekah Nault, an account manager at PBX-Change in Tampa, was appointed honorary commander for  MacDill Air Force Base’s Sixth Air Mobility Wing’s communications squadron.

►ReliaQuest, a cybersecurity firm in Tampa, made three appointments to its executive leadership team: Ken Smith, as chief revenue officer, Kristy Ayala, as vice president of demand generation, and Seth Goldhammer, as vice president of product marketing.

►Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, facilitated the sale of Hampton Terrace, a 16-unit apartment property located in Tampa, which sold for $1.79 million.

►Proof Network Ventures, a technology development and data services company serving the global alcoholic beverage industry, has rebranded with a new name and website.

Carla Schoolfield, Lipscomb, Roger Martin Centennial Financial Services, the wealth management and financial services team of Centennial Bank, has added Roger Martin and Gessie Lipscomb as financial advisers and Carla Schoolfield as business development officer to its Tampa office.

►DOW Electronics, a consumer electronics distributor based in Tampa, reached an agreement with BDC Distributors to acquire certain assets of the Westbury, New York-based distributor.

►A-lign, a Tampa-based cybersecurity and privacy compliance firm, opened its first international office, in Sofia, Bulgaria.

►Carlton Fields added white-collar crime attorney Simon Gaugush to its Tampa office, in an of counsel role.

The University of South Florida has a $1 million partnership with Jabil to launch the USF Jabil Innovation Institute, which will allow collaborative efforts in innovative research, community engagement and talent development with the College of Engineering and Muma College of Business.

►Mainsail Lodging & Development named Jill Lemaster as the company’s first chief financial officer and Tom Stoffo as director of technology.

The Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, formerly the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corp., named Marie Chinnici-Everitt, managing director and chief marketing officer of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., the new board chair.

►ConnectWise, a software company in Tampa, acquired Continuum and ITBoost and entered into a strategic partnership with Webinfinity.

►Sheila Kinman joined the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay’s leadership team as senior vice president of philanthropy.

►Vector Solutions, an online education, safety, compliance and performance-optimization services company in Tampa, named Scott Rosenberg as its chief financial officer.

Erika Zipfel Matscherz of the Dikman Co. represented a private investor in the purchase of Park 6, a six-building, 184,500-square-foot flex industrial property at 11902 to 12402 Race Track Road, Tampa, which sold for $16 million.

►The Tampa Museum of Art received a $5 million endowment from the Vinik Family Foundation that will name and support the executive director’s leadership position, which will now be called the Penny and Jeff Vinik Executive Director of the Tampa Museum of Art.
