Real estate developer George Gower is planning a townhome development in downtown St. Petersburg. The development site, named 8th Street Townhomes, is a block away from Mirror Lake.
Gower also developed townhomes on Fareham Place, near Beach Drive. The townhomes will feature five units, each two stories and 1,600 square feet with two, or three, bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms.
Each home will also feature a backyard area and a detached single car parking garage. Pricing for the units begins at $525,000. Early sales are underway and construction will begin soon, with an anticipated early-2021 completion.
