Pendry Hotels & Resorts bringing hotel, residential development, to Tampa’s Riverwalk (RENDERINGS)

Pendry Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Two Roads Development, have announced plans for Pendry Tampa, a hotel and residential development on Tampa’s Riverwalk.

The property will include 220 guestrooms and 207 Pendry Residences, according to a statement.

Pendry Tampa will offer a “modern coastal California meets Florida” design aesthetic, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views of the water, light wood tones, lush greenery and accents of Gulf Coast style throughout, the statement said.

Plans for the hotel feature a three-meal restaurant, a lobby bar and a lounge, Pendry’s signature Pinwheel Kids’ Club and Spa Pendry — featuring eight treatment rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Pendry Residences, set to occupy the highest floors of the hotel, will offer fully serviced living with homes ranging from one to three bedrooms that have floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces. Pricing for the residences will start in the $900,000s, the statement said. Development has an open date of 2024.

Pendry Hotels & Resorts is an Orange County-based luxury hospitality brand from Montage International. Its portfolio of hotels includes Pendry San Diego, Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Pendry West Hollywood, Pendry Chicago and Pendry Manhattan West. Opening in 2021 is Pendry Park City. Opening in 2022 is Pendry Washington D.C. – The Wharf.
