The Nolen, a new boutique condominium in downtown St. Petersburg, released renderings of the building’s interiors and exteriors.
The Nolen, which has a similarly named development in Clearwater, will be located a half-block off Beach Drive, in downtown St. Petersburg, on Fourth Avenue Northeast and Rowland Court Northeast, just steps from North Straub Park and the Vinoy Hotel.
This new development will feature 31 residences, in a 23-story high rise with a stunning tall arch grand lobby, including residence parking featuring electric car charging stations, private garages and storage. The project is named in homage to urban planner John Nolen, whose plan for downtown’s waterfront parks shaped the architectural essence of St. Petersburg, a statement said.
The Nolen is a green-certified community equipped with a full-building generator that provides emergency power to the residences. It will offer modern luxuries, and conveniences, such as a dedicated concierge, fitness center, wellness room, social room called “The Saloon” with large catering kitchen, and an amenity terrace with a heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, fire tables and cabanas. Each residence is designed to be completely private and separate, with no shared neighboring walls.
The Nolen project team includes local firms DDA Development, Backstreets Capital, Place Architecture and Melissa Kelly Design Studio, as well as Smith and Associates Real Estate as the exclusive broker. Appointments with Smith and Associates are expected to begin this month. ♦
