The law firm of Ball Janik opened its fourth office in the Center Pointe Office Building, in Sarasota.

3350 Assets purchased a 15,886-square-foot condominium-office park in Lakewood Ranch.

Allegiant Air will begin nonstop service from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) to Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) on October 6.

3350 Assets, a special-purpose entity that includes local investor Harvey Sheldon, purchased a 15,886-square-foot condominium-office park in Lakewood Ranch for $3.5 million.

LaSalle Investment Management, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, purchased Bainbridge Palmoré, an apartment complex on Cattleman Road, in Sarasota.

Shumaker’s Sarasota office added Ashley Hodson as a partner in the wealth strategies service line and Alicia Lewis as a new senior attorney in the real estate and development service line.

Sarasota law firm Williams Parker has promoted Nicole Christie, an attorney who specializes in real estate transactions, to partner.
