Wendy Garraty, owner of Clayton Gray Home, and her husband, Steve, moved from Atlanta to Tampa, about 20 years ago, and purchased this 1922 Dutch Colonial home just one street from Hyde Park Village.
In 2002, they showed the home in the very first home tour and now, 20 years later—for the home’s 100th birthday—they did an extensive restoration.
This included restoring and staining the original pine floors, repairing the original plaster walls, painting inside and outside, remodeling a European bath and landscaping. Wendy then styled the home with a mix of new and vintage pieces sourced through Clayton Gray Home.
