Skanska, a construction and development firm, completed a new mixed-use lab and office project on behalf of the University of South Florida’s Research Park.
Skanska received a $27 million contract to build the higher education project consisting of the design and development of the laboratory and office building located in the university’s Research Park campus, in Tampa.
The new, three-floor life sciences building has 120,000 square feet of class-A office and lab space and features ground-level dining and a rooftop deck.
The project was designed by Gensler, a design and architecture firm.
