HOW DO YOU CONTINUE TO EVOLVE AND GROW AS A LEADER?

My greatest growth comes from my interactions with my incredible executive, leadership, management and employee teams. I believe it is important to listen to those at all levels of the company and reflect on their perspectives in order to evolve.
