Tampa Bay Business Women Awards 2023: Vera Muzzillo

In 2013, Proforma became a certified woman-owned business, as recognized by the National Women Business Owners Corporation. In 2015, Vera Muzzillo led the technology initiative that propelled Proforma to the top of the print and promotional product industry.

My greatest growth comes from my interactions with my incredible executive, leadership, management and employee teams. Each individual brings a new, unique perspective to challenges and difficult questions; I am constantly impressed, and amazed, by their level of knowledge and technical expertise. I believe it is important to listen to those at all levels of the company and reflect on their perspectives in order to evolve.
