REM Capital celebrates groundbreaking for latest development in St. Petersburg (RENDERINGS)

REM Capital celebrated the groundbreaking for its latest development, in St. Petersburg, Ellington Place, an apartment community.

Located at 770 4th Ave., N., the design for Ellington Place is inspired by the jazz era and the legendary Duke Ellington, according to a statement.

Each of the 220 studio and one-bedroom apartments will include high-quality finishes and appliances.

Planned property amenities include electric vehicle charging stations, a rooftop pool and garage parking.

The project is expected to be completed by 2024. Units will range from $1,800 to $2,400 per month.
