Lynx Automation relocates corporate headquarters from California to the Tampa Bay area

Lynx Automation, a property automation company, plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Rancho Cordova, California to the Tampa Bay area.

The company currently has 50 employees and plans to add 50 employees in roles such as account management, customer support, sales and software engineering in the next year, according to a statement.

The company is currently operating remote but says it is looking for office space in the Tampa Bay market.

“We have enjoyed working with both the Tampa Bay EDC and the St. Pete EDC as we evaluated where we wanted to build the future of our company and we’ve found the people here, in Tampa Bay, to be very warm and helpful,” said Resha Shroff, co-founder and chief executive officer of Lynx Automation.

Lynx Automation works with property managers and operators of vacation rentals and hotels, offering technology services including integrated keyless entry, home automation for thermostats and sensors,  workflow automation and guest communication.
