► Tampa General Hospital opened a 26-bay Infusion Center in the TGH Cancer Institute’s Brandon location, at 10740 Palm River Road. (Pictured above)

► Stonehill has signed a new lease that will upgrade and expand its headquarters, in Tampa, at Bayport Plaza – 3000 Bayport Drive. 

►  Port Tampa Bay President and CEO Paul Anderson announced the promotion of Shawn Brown to the role of director of cruise operations and emergency management. 

► GTE Financial, based in Tampa, promoted Marian Ringuette to assistant vice president of talent acquisition. 

► The Urban Land Institute selected Strategic Property Partner’s Water Street Tampa for one of this year’s Americas Awards for Excellence. 

► The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, in Tampa, was named one of Fast Company’s 2023 Best Workplaces for Innovators. 

► West Palm Beach-based Good Greek Moving & Storage is moving from its facility on Joanne Kearney Boulevard, in Tampa, to a bigger warehouse and office space in Plant City, at the Central Florida Commerce Center, a 72-acre business park on County Line Road. 

►The University of South Florida received more than $157 million in philanthropic commitments last fiscal year from over 37,500 donors, setting records for both financial generosity and the number of supporters who chose to invest. 

► Tampa General Hospital signed an agreement to acquire Bravera Health network — including Bravera Health Brooksville, Bravera Health Spring Hill and Bravera Health Seven Rivers and their related businesses, including physician clinic operations and outpatient services — from subsidiaries of Community Health Systems. 

► Erik Huffman has joined the Kuducom sales team, in Tampa. 

► Hillsborough Community College and Tampa Electric have partnered to invest in the new Electrical Line Worker Training Program through the HCC Foundation and Institute for Corporate and Continuing Education. 

► Bloomin’ Brands, a Tampa-based restaurant group, has promoted longtime employee Sheilina Henry to president of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. 

► The Floridan Palace Hotel has partnered with Home Makers of Hope to donate its guest room and suite furniture to help furnish homes for families and individuals struggling with poverty in the Tampa Bay area.

► Darrin and Shanelle Tyson launched Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Brandon-Riverview, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses throughout the Tampa Bay Region.
