Great Places and Spaces: Circuit Florida Clubhouse and Event Center (RENDERINGS)

Jo-Lynn Brown June 26, 2024

Circuit Florida, a membership-based private motorsports club and car enthusiast community, featuring residential living and a road course, plans to break ground on its 18,000-square-foot, three-story member clubhouse and event center, in March 2024.

The member clubhouse’s first floor features a gym, sauna, showers and secure lockers. It has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and deck.

The second floor has a member lounge, and restaurant, with elevated views over the track. A viewing deck extends over the pit lane, offering a front-row seat to the on-track action. An activity room will have billiards, foosball, darts and other recreational options.

The third floor will house additional conference and training rooms. This space was also designed to host corporate and media events.

Circuit Florida is set to open its track and first club building in December. The club building is currently open to visitors.

Circuit Florida is located at 150 Raceway Drive, Auburndale.
