Great Places and Spaces: Marina Pointe Tower One nears sellout (PHOTOS)

Jo-Lynn Brown December 18, 2023

Marina Pointe has closed 98% of the condos in Tower One while reservations for Tower Two are being converted to contracts.

“With Marina Pointe’s Tower One almost sold out and Tower Two’s reservations becoming contracts, we can see how Tampa has transformed to become one of the country’s most sought-after luxury residential markets,” said Noah Breakstone, chief executive of BTI Partners, the developer of Marina Pointe.

Marina Pointe, in the Westshore Marina District, is a 52-acre walkable community that features access to amenities such as specialty shops, waterfront restaurants, 1.5 miles of urban trails and parks lined with public art, outdoor lifestyle programming, access to watersports, and the brand new, private, deep-water marina.

Tower One features 113 luxury condominiums, and seven Harbor Homes, with condo residences ranging from 1,200 square feet to penthouses over 2,000 square feet, offering a variety of floor plans, ranging from one to four bedrooms.

Tower Two will have 157 luxury condos ranging from 1,400 square feet to 4,000 square feet, ranging from the high $700,000’s to more than $4 million.
