Children First announced a $600,000 matching gift challenge led by its Changemaker Collective.

Bradenton-based Gettel Automotive has acquired Stadium Toyota, in Tampa. 

Two former Brooklyn Bagel & Deli shops, at 6970 S. Beneva Road and 999 Cattlemen Road, in Sarasota, have rebranded as Buddy’s. 

Craig Henderson has been named chief financial officer and a senior vice president of PGT Innovations, in Venice. 

PTM Partners, a Fort Lauderdale real estate investment and development firm specializing in opportunity zones, paid $7.5 million for the two parcels on Payne Parkway and plans to build a mixed-use development.  

Lakewood-Amedex, a Manatee County-based biopharmaceutical company, has replaced its CEO with board chairman Peter Corr.
