Sneak peek of new Tampa Bay additions to the Michelin Guide in 2024

Jo-Lynn Brown November 27, 2025

Michelin Guide inspectors have selected 19 new Florida restaurants to be added to the Michelin Guide Florida, in 2024, with six in Tampa.

The restaurants include:

Ebbe, 1202 N. Franklin Street

Kōsen, 307 W. Palm Avenue

Predalina, 1001 E. Cumberland Avenue

Streetlight Taco, 4004 Henderson Boulevard

Supernatural Food and Wine, 305 E. Polk Street

The Pearl, 823 Water Street

These establishments are highlighted as “New” on guide.michelin.com before the annual announcement of Bib Gourmands and Stars.

Some of these restaurants could receive Stars or Bib Gourmands in the upcoming Michelin Guide Ceremony, on April 18, in Tampa.

Overall, there are 137 Michelin Guide restaurants in Florida, with these new additions.
