Water Street Tampa to host the Urban Land Institute – Florida Summit

The city of Tampa is set to host the Urban Land Institute – Florida Summit, on April 4 and April 5, at the JW Marriott Water Street Tampa.

The annual event serves as a gathering for professionals in real estate, construction and land use, across the state, to discuss industry-related issues in Florida.

ULI said it chose Tampa as its host location after it awarded Water Street Tampa a 2023 Americas Award for Excellence for its exceptional development.

Spencer Levy, global client strategist and senior economic advisor for CBRE, a commercial real estate firm, will serve as the keynote speaker. In addition, former State Senator Jeff Brandes, now the head of Florida Policy Project, will moderate a panel on the current insurance crisis that real estate professionals and thousands of Florida families are facing.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the ULI Florida Summit and registration is currently open. For more information and registration details, visit florida.uli.org.
