Project Dynamo, a Tampa-based, veteran-led nonprofit that executes international rescue missions, has announced the successful rescue of 51 individuals during a helicopter rescue mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
The evacuees, ranging from ages from 4 months old to 75 years old, are now in a safe location, the organization is reporting.
Project Dynamo focuses on what they call “The Gray Space,” areas where there is no, or ineffective, U.S. government presence.
