One Liners Polk: Pure Coconut Water, Florida Southern College and more

► 100 Coconuts, a coconut water brand, expanded its retail distribution expansion for its Pure Coconut Water into an additional 450 Publix Supermarkets, across the southeast. (Photos above)

► Justin Turner, a growth and development director at Northwestern Mutual, in  Lakeland, has been named a 2024 Community Service Award winner, receiving a $15,000 grant for The Gimme 4 Foundation.

► Florida Southern College, in Lakeland, has named Dr. Lori Rakes, an associate professor of 13 years at FSC, to fill the position at the School of Education.
