Joanna Weiss has been appointed as Moffitt Cancer Center’s new chief financial officer and executive vice president.
In her role, Weiss is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the cancer center.
Weiss joined Moffitt in 2006, as the director of internal audit. She has served in a variety of leadership positions within the finance department throughout her tenure.
Prior to Moffitt, Weiss worked as an internal control manager for PSCU Financial Services and as an auditor with Ernst & Young (now EY). She is a certified public accountant.
