PEI Global Partners doubles its presence at Water Street Tampa

Strategic Property Partners has announced an expansion, and lease extension, with PEI Global Partners, at Water Street Tampa.

PEI, an investment bank specializing in power, energy and infrastructure, will relocate from its current space within Thousand & One, Water Street’s WELL Gold-certified office tower, to an expanded suite on the eleventh floor, which will nearly double its footprint to 4,280 square feet.

Thousand & One is also home to financial service tenants including Baird Private Wealth Management, Citadel, Northern Trust Corporation, Synovus Financial Corporation and Weatherford Capital.

Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is exclusively handling leasing efforts for Thousand & One.
