North Hyde Park luxury rental community sold

Wingspan Development Group and ABC Capital Corp. announced the sale of Jade at North Hyde Park, a 192-unit luxury apartment community, with 3,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space, in Tampa’s North Hyde Park neighborhood.

Hamilton Zanze acquired the property, which was 97% leased at the time of the sale. The property was brokered by Matt Mitchell, of Berkadia.

Jade at North Hyde Park has studios and one, to four, bedroom units ranging from 463 to 1,421 square feet. The community also offers coworking spaces and conference rooms that cater to those who work remotely.
