One Liners Sarasota and Manatee: The Kolter Group, Tidewell Foundation and more

Kolter Multifamily, an affiliate of Delray Beach’s The Kolter Group, broke ground on Alton Lakewood, a 350 unit multifamily development, located at 14750 FL-64 in Bradenton. 

Grimes Galvano, a 102-year-old multi-practice law firm, is expanding into West Palm Beach, which will be the firm’s third office location in Florida, adding to its original Bradenton office and a Sarasota location that was opened in 2021.

Manatee County Animal Welfare participated in BISSELL Pet Foundation adoption event, which sponsors reduced adoption fees of $50 or less per cat or dog during each nationwide event. 

Sarasota’s Tidewell Foundation Board of Trustees has elected Gary Butler and Barbara Glanz to three-year terms, joining regional business and not-for-profit leaders.
