JLL arranges lease for Nashville health record company at WestLake Corporate Center

The 90,531-square-foot, Class A office will serve as one of the company’s main offices in the U.S

Qualifacts, a Nashville-based provider of electronic health record and data services for behavioral health and human services organizations, has leased 15,541 square feet of space at WestLake Corporate Center, in Tampa.

The 90,531-square-foot, Class A office property is at 9119 Corporate Lake Drive and will serve as one of the company’s main offices in the United States. Qualifacts will move into Building 1, at WestLake Corporate Center, in October.

Qualifacts was represented by JLL Executive Managing Director Caleb Lewis and Vice President Brad Knop.
