SVN Commercial Advisory Group closes on $8 million commercial property in Davenport

Jo-Lynn Brown August 21, 2024

A pair of senior advisors at SVN Commercial Advisory Group closed the sale of a multi-tenant retail property for $8 million. The property, at 942 Heritage Pass, Davenport, is newly built, containing tenants who are still finishing up their interior build outs.

The buyer, Davenport Legacy Investment Group, was represented by Matt Fenske and Tony Veldkamp, of the Sarasota-based commercial real estate firm. The seller of the property was Rave Commercial Legacy, based in Tampa.

Tenants at the commercial property are Orlando Health, Another Broken Egg Cafe and Encore Nails.

The property is in Polk County, less than 20 minutes south of Walt Disney World, and just across I-4 from ChampionsGate.
