Visit St. Pete-Clearwater becomes an advertising sponsor for rugby league

Visit St. Pete-Clearwater, the destination marketing organization of Pinellas County on the Gulf Coast, has announced an 18-month partnership with the Betfred Rugby Super League.

As an advertising sponsor, branded LED banners will be featured across more than 100 matches, which will also be televised on BBC and Sky Sports, promoting the beaches of St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

This partnership includes games, throughout the season, as well as the playoffs and finals, along with marquee matches. The Betfred Rugby Super League games air in more than 50 countries including France, Belgium, Switzerland, the Gulf States, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

The sponsorship also includes an online and radio campaign, with Visit St. Pete-Clearwater assets displayed in stadiums, specially designed advertisements on the radio and online content, with an estimated viewership of more than 40 million.

The sponsorship will run through December 31, 2025.
