The Vinoy Resort and Golf Club is working with Chef Lee Wolen and Boka Restaurant Group on a new restaurant, Elliott Aster.

Wolen is an award-winning chef partner of Michelin-starred, Boka, Alla Vita and GG’s Chicken Shop, all based in Chicago.

Wolen’s menu will feature steak cooked on a wood-burning stove, ranging from a 45-day Dry Aged Prime Bone-In Ribeye to a 48 oz Bistecca Fiorentina for the table; pasta, like King Crab Tagliatelle or Rigatoni Alla Vodka; or seafood entrees, and more.

In addition, Elliott Aster will showcase an antipasti bar, with platters featuring Italian meats sliced to order, whipped ricotta, marinated peppers, black pepper fennel seed crackers and more.
