Construction Services Inc. has announced the promotion of Frank Rygiel, to president.
Rygiel, formerly the executive vice president, will now oversee corporate operations including account management, revenue growth and profitability.
Fred Lay, chief executive officer and founder of CSI, expressed confidence in Rygiel’s leadership, highlighting his strategic approach and commitment to maintaining the company’s culture and customer satisfaction. “Frank’s leadership will drive our company toward greater success, while preserving the culture that has led us for the past 16 years,” Lay said.
