One Liners Pasco: PascoEDC Awards, CoVar and more


The Pasco Economic Development Council hosted its 36th Annual Awards at the Pasco-Hernando State College Instructional Performing Arts Center honoring Garyline, JTD Enterprises, TRU Simulation + Training, Jon’s Gourmet Nutrition, OpenBuilds and Ted and Avis Phillips with leadership awards. (Pictured above)

New Life Community Gospel Church welcomed residents to the first LGBTQ+ friendly food pantry in the area, in a partnership with Messengers of Hope Mission, a nonprofit that provides food in their mobile unit to residents across Pasco County. 

Florida Design Consultants, an engineering firm, expanded in Pasco County relocating to a 9,000-square-foot office space at 54 Crossings, 17893 – 17907 Aprile Drive, Land O’ Lakes, and investing more than $300,000 in relocation expenses to the new space. 

CoVar Transportation leased 5,500 square feet in The Edison Suncoast and invested $20,000 in office furniture and equipment for its new central Florida headquarters. 

Xgenex, a technology company that focuses on bacterial contamination in the food industry, has relocated to a new 3,655-square-foot facility at The Edison Suncoast, at 1785 Northpointe Pky, in Lutz. 

Metro Development Group and Baycare launched a partnership to provide concierge health care for residents of Mirada and Epperson communities, in Pasco County.
