Parc Center for Disabilities, in St. Petersburg, has named Marion White as chief operations officer and Pam Peters as assistant vice president of human resources.
White, who has been with Parc for more than three years, will focus on communication, operational excellence and resource management, to enhance the organization’s programs and services.
Peters brings 25 years of leadership experience, including nine years in the nonprofit sector. With a background in social services and business management, she will concentrate on talent acquisition, employee development and fostering an inclusive workplace.
