Ronto Group celebrates topping out of Rosewood Residences Lido Key in Sarasota

The Ronto Group, a Naples-based development company, marked a significant milestone with the topping out of the 11th floor at the Rosewood Residences Lido Key, a luxury condominium project, located at 930 Benjamin Franklin Drive.

Developed in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital, Rosewood Residences Lido Key represents the first in a series of standalone, residential-only properties under the Rosewood brand. The property has 65 private residences across 11 stories, offering unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Units are priced between $6.5 million and $15 million.

The Rosewood Residences Lido Key sales center is located at the Bermuda building at the entrance to St. Armands Circle.
