Andy Clausen to lead business valuation division at LCG Advisors

LCG Advisors has named Andy Clausen as the managing director of its Business Valuation Division.

Clausen, an accredited senior appraiser, will focus on expanding the division, enhancing its service offerings and bolstering the firm’s valuation expertise across various industries. He will operate from LCG’s Western Regional Headquarters, in Denver.

The division provides a range of services including valuations for government-backed financings, mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations and gift and estate planning, among others.

Clausen has two decades of valuation experience, specializing in purchase price allocations, impairment testing and valuations for financial reporting under accounting standards ASC 805 and ASC 350.

Before joining LCG, he led Bluerock Valuation Services and held senior positions at DSB Rock Island and RSM.

LCG Advisors, based in Tampa, provides financial advisory services to clients including institutional lenders, investors and privately held businesses. The firm handles more than 900 engagements, annually through a team of approximately 150 professionals, according to a statement.
