Marina Pointe tower reaches sold-out status with $3.1 million penthouse

Jo-Lynn Brown January 14, 2025

Marina Pointe, a luxury condominium development in Tampa Bay, has sold out all units in its first residential tower, with the final sale of a 3,300-square-foot penthouse, closing at $3.1 million, in December.

The development, part of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District, has three planned residential towers.

Construction on Tower II is slated to begin in 2025. The second phase will include 151 condominiums and seven harbor homes, ranging from 1,200 to 3,300 square feet, with prices starting at $700,000 and reaching more than $4 million. A third tower is also planned, with 114 units ranging from 1,600 to 3,700 square feet and prices from $900,000 to over $6 million.
