BayCare announces leadership changes amid retirements

BayCare has announced leadership changes following the upcoming retirements of two key executives.

Nikki Daily, currently vice president for Total Rewards, will succeed Kyle Barr as chief human resources officer when Barr retires in February. In April, Co-Chief Operating Officer Lou Galdieri will transition to the role of chief administrative officer.

Kimberly Guy, the other co-chief operating officer, will become BayCare’s sole chief operating officer. She will oversee operations at all 16 BayCare hospitals and lead the construction of BayCare Hospital Manatee, scheduled to open in 2028.

These changes follow the planned April retirement of Chief Administrative Officer Tim Thompson. Last October, BayCare hired Chief Information Officer Lynnette Clinton to manage the Information Services Division previously overseen by Thompson.
